Training Specialist (Call Tower) Position Summary
This role supports strategic leadership development programs in the Learning & Development organization. It ensures best‑in‑class program coordination, administration, communication, evaluation, and measurement, guaranteeing participants have the best learning experience. The role also manages new customer training and maintains training materials in the Call Tower Solutions Center, coordinating with the Learning and Development Manager.
Responsibilities- Develop course material for live sessions around Call Tower services.
- Produce and record online video courses for Call Tower University.
- Provide online training and act as backup for on‑site sessions.
- Explain Call Tower complexity to users at various technical skill levels.
- Suggest program improvements based on participant feedback.
- Design and implement evaluation strategies, including pre‑ and post‑assessments, learner surveys, and performance data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through validation and cleaning techniques.
- Transform raw data into usable formats, develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate training insights.
- Assist with updating and adding new Articles in the Call Tower Solutions Center.
- Manage all customer training packages from start to finish.
- Required hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST to support US and EMEA customers.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of remote or in‑person training experience.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, adaptable, and highly motivated.
- Comfortable dealing with diverse personality and learning styles.

- Experience with a learning management system (Paylocity), PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Annual market compensation evaluation.
