• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications from a compliance perspective
• Onboard applications into the employer's environment and ensure ongoing inventory maintenance
• Collaborate with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking current activity and providing regular status updates
• Perform regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain required documentation

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT
• Experience with IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to track multiple initiatives and alert management of potential project risks

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry
• Experience working with software application vendors
• Background in risk management or audit processes
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management best practices
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
