Job Description:

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead – Business Analyst to join our dynamic Reporting team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, coupled with a deep understanding of data analytics, data storytelling, and automation. This role will support business decisions by delivering actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and advanced data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Perform complex data analysis using advanced Excel techniques (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA/macros preferred).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable business insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in existing reporting processes.
  • Act as the go-to expert for all reporting-related queries within the team.
Qualifications:

Required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or BI development role.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA/macros).
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI – including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and publishing dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to derive insights from large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a BPO or shared services environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is an advantage.
