• Perform proactive and reactive onsite visits, including planned and unplanned service appointments.
• Deliver equipment and support as assigned by the Field Services Manager, Field Coordinator, Field Supervisor, and Client Services Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with Netrio team members and customers, demonstrating core values and culture in daily interactions.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Field Teams to ensure smooth operations and enhance communication and process flow.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support, assessing when to escalate issues and when to provide support to technicians.

• Technical & Troubleshooting Expertise – strong troubleshooting skills and escalation management.
• Customer-Focused – identify customer needs and align service delivery with expectations.
• Collaboration & Team Support – engage with teams and departments to complete tasks efficiently.
• Self-Motivated & Adaptable – work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet objectives.
• Attention to Detail – ensure quality and accuracy in technical work and documentation.

• 2+ years of remote or field support experience with small to medium-sized businesses in network administration.
• At least 1 Microsoft or preferred vendor certification (CompTIA, Watch Guard, etc.).
• Proven technical troubleshooting effectiveness and escalation management skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and adopt continuous learning in the field.
