Description:
- Preferred knowledge of voice switches & translations (ie, DMS, Sonus, 5E, Genband, Plexus, SCP's, Meta Switch)
- Preferred knowledge of basic data products and services
- Preferred knowledge of phone systems as well as WIINDSTREAM equipment (ie. Adtran, Netvana, Cisco)
- Preferred networking/sub-netting skills
- Preferred knowledge of troubleshooting circuits & equipment in a fast paced environment
- Preferred knowledge with IP routing protocols, Ethernet, VLANs, VOIP, MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay, Cisco,IOS
Special Requirements /
Certifications:
