Preferred knowledge of voice switches & translations (ie, DMS, Sonus, 5E, Genband, Plexus, SCP's, Meta Switch)
Preferred knowledge of basic data products and services
Preferred knowledge of phone systems as well as WIINDSTREAM equipment (ie. Adtran, Netvana, Cisco)
Preferred networking/sub-netting skills
Preferred knowledge of troubleshooting circuits & equipment in a fast paced environment
Preferred knowledge with IP routing protocols, Ethernet, VLANs, VOIP, MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay, Cisco,IOS
