- Test, troubleshoot, and repair custom radio products down to component level.
- Work alongside the operations team to manufacture custom radio products in support of customer deliveries.
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying and communicating problems to root cause.
- Collaborate across both operations and engineering teams to accomplish tasks.
- Troubleshoot product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level.
- Conduct tests on custom designed RF and digital printed circuit boards.
- Conduct tests on product subassemblies, end products, and multi-product systems.
- Use a variety of test equipment and log information in a technical database.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance.
- Electronics troubleshooting experience down to the component level is required.
- Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.
- Familiar with basic test equipment, i.e. signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers.
- History of maintaining consistent quality and productivity levels.
- Regularly demonstrates a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and test procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory.
- RF or Digital Troubleshooting Experience preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay RangeThe proposed salary range for this position is $57,500-$117,900.
