• Test, troubleshoot, and repair custom radio products down to component level.
• Work alongside the operations team to manufacture custom radio products in support of customer deliveries.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying and communicating problems to root cause.
• Collaborate across both operations and engineering teams to accomplish tasks.
• Troubleshoot product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level.
• Conduct tests on custom designed RF and digital printed circuit boards.
• Conduct tests on product subassemblies, end products, and multi-product systems.
• Use a variety of test equipment and log information in a technical database.

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance.
• Electronics troubleshooting experience down to the component level is required.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.
• Familiar with basic test equipment, i.e. signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers.
• History of maintaining consistent quality and productivity levels.
• Regularly demonstrates a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and test procedures.

• Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory.
• RF or Digital Troubleshooting Experience preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The proposed salary range for this position is $57,500-$117,900.
