EY invites you to join our Enterprise Performance Management team as a Senior Manager in Tech Consulting. We help clients realize the value from their IT investments by providing advice and solutions that improve finance processes, performance, and analytics.

The Opportunity

Our EPM team applies cutting‑edge technology to deliver solutions around forecasting, planning, budgeting, and analytics. You’ll guide clients through complex systems and help transform their entire organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks.
  • Engage in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.
  • Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.
  • Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.
  • Influence policy and procedural changes with potential broad business impact.
  • Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and the hiring process.

  • Capability to manage budgets and project delivery effectively.
  • Experience building and managing client and commercial relationships.

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a master’s degree.
  • At least seven years of complex consultative services experience in EPM, master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of modern EPM solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning/PBCS/ePBCS), One Stream, or Tagetik.
  • Strong working knowledge of evolving EPM concepts and practices.
  • Proven track record of translating business challenges into value‑add solutions, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and effective data use.
  • Relevant background in finance analysis, FP&A, EPM system administration, strategic planning, implementation consulting, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or data architecture.
  • Excellent business, relationship management, commercial awareness, communication skills, and willingness to travel.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.
  • Adaptability to changing technology landscapes and industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and client trust.
  • A proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making approach.
  • Experience leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.

What We Offer You
  • A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards. The base salary range varies by location: nationwide $151,500–$346,000;
    New York City, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) $181,800–$393,200. Total Rewards include medical and dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • A flexible hybrid work model: most client‑serving roles work together in person 40–60% of the time.
  • A flexible vacation policy allowing you to choose the time you need, along with EY paid holidays, winter/summer breaks, personal/family care, and other leaves.
