Job Title: Google Ads Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive salary based on experience Location: Fully Remote (must be able to work 40 per week, 8-5pm ET)
Evolution Marketing is a fast-growing advertising agency looking for a Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for a variety of industries. If you thrive in a fully remote environment, and love running Google Ads, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube, PMax, Demand Gen, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Write compelling ad copy aligned with the client's brand, landing page and objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 AM – 5 PM ET.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to work with data‑driven strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Familiarity with remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely, both independently and with a team.
- Must be able to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with the automotive industry is a plus.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
