Job Description:

• Provide quotes, responses, and proformas on RFQs.
• Review all quotes for technical configuration compatibility with attention to part number obsolescence.
• Assist program manager on large RFQ/proposal efforts.
• Ensure quotes and opportunities are maintained with pricing and shipping date information from inception to booking.
• Provide technical support and answers to customers and dealers’ technical requests.
• Lead product demonstrations for international demonstrations.
• Assist in hosting customers visiting Rochester for sales and program efforts.
• Obtain delivery schedule requests from B&P for contractual delivery obligations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and solve complex problems
• Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time management, verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with a high level of confidence
• Ability to take on more responsibility over time
• Ability to learn new tools and processes related to technology and software

Benefits and compliance:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $56,500 - $105,500. Final offer amount may vary based on experience and geographic location. L3
