We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join a local manufacturing team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the effective management of personnel and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and training programs.
- Handle employee relations and address grievances.
- Administer payroll and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support management in performance management and employee development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
