Physician Recruiter

We’re growing and looking to add a Physician Recruiter to our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact in healthcare staffing.

As a Physician Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, outreach, screening, and placement—while building long‑term relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple specialties.

• Source and engage physicians and APPs using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screening calls and guide providers through opportunities
• Manage multiple open searches while maintaining strong candidate relationships
• Partner closely with operations, credentialing, and leadership teams
• Track candidate activity and pipelines using an ATS (Bullhorn experience preferred)

• Experience in healthcare or physician recruiting preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required with relevant experience)
• Proficiency with Bullhorn ATS or similar platforms
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
• Motivated by performance‑based incentives and uncapped earning potential
