Ratios:
Day/Eve ratios are 5 to 1 (stretch 6-7). Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1 (stretch 8
-10 if staff calls in)
We have PCT s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG s and any sort of activity of daily living
We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes, will not practice outside of scope

Special Requirements :
Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response Teams, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management, Isolation Precautions
Patient Diagnosis:
Acute kidney injury, Sepsis, Covid, Alcohol Withdrawal, Altered mental status, Variety of infections (Gangrene, Necrotizing fasciitis, osteomylitis, pneumonia, etc.)
Special Equipment: SCD pump, Bear Hugger, Wound vac, Tube feeding pump
