• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 4 shifts/week
• Weekend Requirement:
  Every other weekend
• Patient Ratios:
  Nights 6:1 (may occasionally be 7:1)
• Charting System:
  Epic EMR (Epic experience required)
• Scrub Colors:
  Navy and white combinations
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2020 - $2080

• Active New York RN license (required at time of submission; pending license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• BLS certification (required)
• Epic charting experience (required; first-time US travelers must have Epic experience)
• Telemetry nursing experience required
• Ability to float to similar units within scope as needed
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in Med/Surg Telemetry units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, manage cardiac drips (no titration), and respond to dysrhythmias
• Administer blood products, IV insulin protocols, and heparin per hospital guidelines
• Perform wound care, tracheostomy management, feeding tube care, and surgical drain management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response
• Float to similar nursing units as needed to support hospital staffing
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Participate in orientation and complete required modules (up to 5 billable hours)
