• Assisting clients with ambulation, bathing, personal care, dressing
• Monitoring changes in clients' mental and physical conditions
• Providing medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Preparing and serving normal/therapeutic diets
• Taking, recording, and monitoring vital signs
• Maintaining client confidentiality

• Reliable and compassionate with a passion for caring for others
• Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment
• Has reliable personal transportation and can travel throughout Monroe County
• Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Personal Care Aide Certification or Home Health Aide Certification
• Experience with equipment like walkers, wheelchairs, hospital beds, etc.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to exert physical effort up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work at least 10 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
