Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine technology.
  • Prepares to patients safely.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with physicians to interpret imaging results accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols in the workplace.
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document patient information and imaging results in compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze imaging diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Educate patients about procedures and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to team goals and support colleagues in achieving targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient reactions to radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Stay updated on advancements in nuclear medicine technology.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Proven experience in nuclear medicine technology and imaging procedures.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
  • Willingness to stay updated on advancements in nuclear medicine technology.
  • Certification in nuclear medicine technology from an accredited institution.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in nuclear medicine.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting imaging data and results.
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate patient reactions to radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining patient records and documentation.
  • Experience in patient education regarding imaging procedures.
