Highland Hospital is seeking a Cardiac Technician/Pacemaker Specialist to join the Red Creek Cardiology office. Hours will be Monday–Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Salary Range
: $23.52- $32.95 an hour

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

• The Cardiac Technician is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the practice Pacemaker Clinic.
• Also responsible for the practice Holter/Avionics Program.
• Assists the professional medical staff in performing a variety of diagnostic tests.

• Education:
  
  AS in Medical Technology or related field, or experience in a busy multi-provider ambulatory care setting.
• Experience:
  
  2-3 years in a multi-provider Cardiology practice or hospital cardiac setting.
• License/Certification
  
  Required:
  
  CMT certification preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Knowledge of cardiac arrhythmias preferred. Pacemaker and Holter monitor application familiarity. Completion of EKG Technician (or similar) program preferred.
