Manager, Inpatient Pharmacist

Strong Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Medication Utilization & Inventory Compliance Manager to oversee medication inventory, controlled substances, and distribution operations across our inpatient pharmacy. This is a critical, patient-facing leadership role with direct impact on medication safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for

• Pharm
  
  D or BS in Pharmacy
• 5+ years acute care experience or residency training (PGY1/PGY2 pathways accepted)
• Strong background in inventory management, compliance, and pharmacy operations

Schedule: Full‑time, Day shift
