This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour shifts, rotating days, evenings, and nights. Can also accommodate 48 hours per week.

The Operating Room (OR) team provides care for a diverse array of patients across multiple specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma. The facility operates as a level 1 trauma center and hosts two Davinci robots utilized by various services. The surgical program includes transplant procedures involving livers, kidneys, and hearts.

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field.
• Scrub and circulate in surgeries, ensuring adherence to infection control policies.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care.

• NBSTSA Certification or 10 years of experience as a Surgical Technician.
• Minimum of two (2) years of OR experience; experience in a level 1 trauma center preferred.
• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association only).
