• Perform ITAR and EAR export jurisdiction and classification for hardware, software, and technical data
• Provide export classifications to support licenses and agreements
• Conduct Customs classifications (HTS and Schedule
  
  B)
• Review and approve technical data transfers to international third parties
• Review and approve information intended for public domain release
• Implement and support trade compliance policies and procedures
• Participate in trade compliance audits and corrective actions
• Develop and deliver trade compliance training
• Identify process improvements and support continuous compliance initiatives
• Provide compliance guidance to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant trade compliance experience OR graduate degree with 2+ years of related experience OR 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and U.S. Customs regulations

• Communications systems or tactical radio environments
• Hardware, software, and technical data classification
• Customs compliance experience
• Familiarity with LO/CLO, Anti‑Tamper
  , and EAR Category 5 Part 2
• Experience with OCR EASE and Agile PLM/PDM tools
• Exposure to software‑defined radio programs
• Active or eligible U.S. security clearance (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
