As Simu Tech Group continues to expand in size and commercial sophistication, the Vice President of Finance will serve as the organization’s senior financial strategist—ensuring disciplined growth, enterprise integrity, and data‑driven decision making. Far from a transactional role, this leader owns the financial architecture of the business, balancing strategic advisory with fiduciary oversight while leading a high‑performing Finance organization spanning accounting, planning, reporting, and operational finance.

In close partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the VP of Finance will guide capital allocation, investment decisions, profitability management, and risk governance, while modernizing financial systems, analytics, and operating cadence to support scalable, long‑term growth.

• Uphold governance and integrity, setting the standard for financial discipline and ethical leadership.
• Drive change and transformation by upgrading systems, processes, and organizational mindsets.
• Build and develop top‑tier talent, creating a high‑performing Finance team rooted in accountability and excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBAstronglypreferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including multi-entity operations.
• Expertise in GAAP, audit practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to implement financial systems and automation tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in professional services or technology environments preferred.

Pay Range: $175,000–$220,000 + Bonus (Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.)
