Senior Managerial Accountant
Department: Admin

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 / year
DescriptionFull‑Time Career opportunity for a self‑motivated professional to join the Finance team of a growing Mechanical Contractor specializing in Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Protection. As Senior Accountant you will partner with the CFO on all financial affairs of the company, including financial statements, analysis, systems development/maintenance/monitoring, credit, collections, sales tax, insurance, banking, audits, and internal controls.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and analysis of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Deliver financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting analysis
- Analyze monthly financial performance and communicate executive‑level results to senior management
- Track and report key performance indicators to monitor financial health and operational efficiency
- Manage company’s fixed assets
- Oversee credit and collections
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with AP/AR/Cash & Payroll teams
- Perform account reviews and reconcili紹介
- General ledger maintenance and support
- Ensure proper classification and accuracy of company expenditures
- Develop, implement, maintain and enforce company procedures and controls
- Participate in research, development and implementation of new technologies, processes and procedures
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 5 years progressive financial accounting/financial analysis experience, including general and cost accounting / job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and familiarity with ERP platforms
- Expert communicator and problem solver
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
