• Work on diverse projects, providing reliable tax advice and recommendations to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Professional knowledge of a broad range of sales and use tax processes, concepts and tools.
• Proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
• Technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
• Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.
• Strong influencing skills and confidence to question existing processes.
• Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• Achieved or partially achieved CPA qualification, certification as a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, CMI designation, or eligibility to sit for a state bar.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range (US) of $81,700 to $135,000. Geographic ranges vary as indicated in the original posting. Additional benefits include medical/dental coverage, pension/401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Hybrid work model: most external client‑serving roles work in‑person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
• Flexible vacation policy allowing you to decide how much vacation time you need, plus paid holidays, special breaks, personal/family care leave, and other leave options.
