As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) through dedicated classes. Once licensed, you will acquire foundational advisory skills, build and manage client relationships, and begin working in a financial center delivering core banking and investment solutions.
Progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II follows success as a licensed advisor, allowing deeper client relationships and opportunities to advance across Bank of America and Merrill, with ongoing support from the Academy.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. You will need to register and maintain SAFE Act registration, passing background checks. Failure to maintain registration may result in immediate termination.

- Grow your business knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to systematically identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
- Earn your SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time. You must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired and your Series 7 & 66 within 120 days – a requirement for the role.
- Build your network. Starting at a financial center, you’ll interact with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net‑worth clients alike to leverage our relationships in the U.S.
- Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions through Bank of America and Merrill, meeting virtually all financial needs.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Must be self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays.
