Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing process for products, improving methods and ensuring quality control Provide technical support for assembly and testing, including troubleshooting PCBs and developing manufacturing test specifications Manage product introduction, change management, and training for production staff to enhance operational excellence
Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in electronics Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (electronics focused) Advanced ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings related to electronic assemblies Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing techniques, and ERP/PLM systems Proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Office and PCB design related software
