Objective
Participate fully in development activities on key D&R projects in the Development Process Engineering Labs.
ResponsibilitiesConducts technical activities in support of development programs. Perform controlled and documented experiments, qualifications and equipment support in a research/development environment.
Set up, operate and maintain manual, semi-automatic and fully automated research equipment, fixtures, and gauges. Assist engineers in the processing of studies and validation of equipment or processes. Record and analyze test data, maintain logbooks and generate reports. Be a flexible participant in cross functional teams, be able to multitask and set priorities. Train others as required. Follow procedures, SOP’s, cGMP’s, PM’s and specifications;
participate in reviews as required. Assure lab readiness; supplies, calibrations, and continuous improvements. Participate in lean practices within the labs.
Associate's degree with technical experience, or HS Diploma with technical experience in a research lab or regulated manufacturing environment with 3-8 years Technical experience;
Medical device and/or clean room environment required.
Special
Skills:
Experience with a ISO, GMP, FDA regulated environment. Knowledge of computers/PLC’s/shop floor control systems and database usage. Ability to handle multiple tasks, follow priorities, excellent communication and documentation skills. Technical writing skills a plus.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $21.81 - $32.71 per hour. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
