Project Manager – Full Time / Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Rochester, NY

Base Pay Range: $125,000 / year - $130,000 / year

Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior Level

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary: This position requires strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, the ability to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced work environment, strong problem‑solving capabilities, and an understanding of fundamental engineering principles.

Qualifications:

• Professionalism demonstrated through strong communication, teamwork, integrity, and resilience when facing challenges.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working as an engineer within the food, beverage, dairy or pharmaceutical industries.
• Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering is required.
• Project management or construction management experience is a plus.
