, where you'll take command of all on-site operations from groundbreaking to grid connection. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the seamless, cost‑effective execution of solar and battery storage projects—delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You'll coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage subcontractors, and serve as the on‑the‑ground link between engineering, procurement, and construction.
will you do? Site Planning
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan on-site activities, including resource allocation, equipment procurement, and milestone scheduling.
- Align construction targets, safety requirements, site organization, and policies with customers and external partners.
- Oversee all on-site operations from area handover to final delivery, ensuring successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols.
- Represent the project on-site, fostering strong relationships with clients, local authorities, suppliers, and financial institutions to support field operations.
- Implement and enforce a comprehensive HSE plan in line with company standards.
- Ensure all personnel are trained in HSE policies and empowered to prioritize safety.
- Hold authority to halt activities in the event of OHS violations.
- Supervise the handling, storage, and installation of equipment delivered by Linxon.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site storage and timely delivery of materials.
- Manage subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with project quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
- Education:
Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) - Experience:
13–15 years of overall experience, including 8–12 years in AIS/GIS substation or power plant projects, preferably within EPC environments. - Leadership:
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors with strong decision‑making and negotiation skills. - Professionalism:
Demonstrates initiative and unwavering adherence to Linxon's Code of Conduct and ethical standards. - Composure:
Maintains focus and clarity under pressure in dynamic, high‑stakes project environments. - Business Acumen:
Understands project cost drivers, risk management, and stakeholder expectations. - Organizational
Skills:
Strong planning, coordination, and problem‑solving capabilities to manage complex site operations. - Interpersonal
