Senior Mechanical Engineer

Location: Rochester, NY 14623

Shift: First Shift | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM

Pay: $75 – $150 per hour (based on experience)

We’re seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team and drive major initiatives in the development of advanced technologies.

• Independently develop and implement concepts to solve a wide range of significantly complex product and engineering challenges
  .
• Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects while driving R&D for new technologies.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex engineering problems across multiple product lines.
• Perform and/or specify advanced engineering analyses.
• Collabor with internal and external customers to address High Value Problems (HVPs).
• Generate product specifications, define/coordinate tests, and document engineering results.
• Review engineering documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.

• 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in mechanical engineering & design
  .
• Strong experience with 3D CAD (NX) and Teamcenter (preferred).
• Hands on experience designing high voltage mechanical products
  .
• Expertise in analysis, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and root cause investigations of electro mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and thrive within a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions on schedule.
