Job Description:

The Assembly Integration and Test Focus Factory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level manufacturing engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about assembly integration and testing of low volume, high-precision products. The selected candidate will work both independently and collaboratively to review, plan, integrate, and test unique opto-mechanical and thermoelectric products in a low volume setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform tasks in a manufacturing and/or prototyping environment.
* Review and provide feedback on electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical drawings and designs.
* Translate drawing requirements into detailed work instructions for the assembly, integration, and testing of complex end-products.
* Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure program schedule milestones are met.
* Own product schedule development - coordinate across disciplines to ensure agreement amongst stakeholders.
* Troubleshoot issues individually and collaboratively to find quick and safe solutions that minimize schedule delays.
* Balance multiple projects and priorities and communicate clearly to operations leadership.
* Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation.
* Adhere to established policies, procedures, and proper labor charging practices.
* Be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed. Requirements:

* 2-8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and/or prototyping environment.
* U.S. citizenship and willingness to submit to a background investigation (a government security clearance may be required for this position). Preferred Additional
