SUMMARY

Customer‑Champion of customer advocacy, responsible for transforming the Voice of the Customer into actionable opportunities and driving customer satisfaction through data‑driven analysis for prioritization of corrective measures and improvement opportunities.

Systems – Responsible for championing the Integrated Business Management System (IBMS), maintaining certification to ISO
9001, 14001, FSSC and other standards, providing training, and writing procedures to support IBMS development. Lead audits across all areas of the business and supply chain, maintain statistical tools for continuous quality and profit improvement projects, and drive improvement actions from audits, customer complaints, and continuous improvement.

Validation – Apply project management and technical expertise to successfully deliver validation program goals and outcomes while interacting with customers and meeting their expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer
  • Leadership of the customer complaint program, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and timely communication to customers.
  • Monitoring and reporting complaint and quality data and trends for dashboards, reviews, and systems management.
  • Execution of formal weekly/monthly/annual Complaint Performance Reviews.
  • Travel to work with customers, understand concerns, and resolve issues.
  • Continuous improvement opportunities using lean six sigma, seven basic quality tools, and recommending capital projects that improve safety, productivity, and quality.
  • Write and improve manuals, standards, and procedures.
  • Use statistical software and techniques (Cpk, Ppk, SPC, DOE).
  • Provide backup for Quality Supervisors and technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Systems
  • Oversee effective implementation of IBMS and applicable certifications.
  • Maintain and update manuals and procedures.
  • Host internal and external audits and assist in auditor training.
  • Collect and analyze quality data and report KPIs to drive improvement.
  • Project leader for quality and continuous improvement activities.
  • Statistical analysis of data using Excel, JMP, Minitab or equivalent.
  • Recommend capital projects that improve safety, productivity, and quality.
  • Provide backup for Quality Supervisors and technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Validation
  • Manage the scope, schedule, and reporting of validation program activities for individual products and/or customers.
  • Write and execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols and manage associated deviation process.
  • Leadership of change control, calibration, and gage R&R processes.
  • Provide hands‑on support to manufacturing areas and assist in problem solving for long‑term improvements.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of validation requirements and instruct other site members.
  • Support risk analysis activities, including design and process FMEA.
  • Facilitate team meetings on process and product analysis, risk assessments, and decision‑making.
  • Assist in internal and third‑party audits.
  • Provide backup for Quality Supervisors and technicians.
  • Continuous improvement opportunities using lean six sigma and seven basic quality tools.
  • Write and improve manuals, standards, and procedures.
  • Use statistical software and techniques for data analysis (Process Capability, SPC, DOE).
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, or engineering from a four‑year college or university, and two years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with related experience for Systems, and two years of related experience.
  • ASQ certification is a plus for both Customer & Validation and Systems.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
