Locum Jobs Online is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Cardiology MD in New York!
$500K–$550K First-Year Salary | 100K Recruitment Bonus | Collegial Team-Based Practice
Position Overview:
A highly respected, multi-specialty cardiovascular group in the Capital District of New York is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join its growing, patient-centered team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a long-standing practice that has been providing exceptional cardiac care to the community for over 40 years.
Practice Highlights:
Join a large, collegial team of 20+ cardiology specialists and APPs
50/50 split between inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Call schedule: 1 weeknight/week (phone only); weekend rotation 1:5 with APP support
Inpatient coverage at two regional hospitals (within reasonable travel distance)
Modern facilities offering a full spectrum of cardiac services including Echo, Vascular, Nuclear, EP, and Interventional/Structural programs
Supportive administrative structure and physician-friendly environment
In-house night cardiologist —minimal overnight disruptions
Requirements (REQUIRED):
Board-Certified in Internal Medicine
Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology
Fellowship-trained in Cardiology (must be completed prior to start)
Active New York medical license (or willing to obtain)
Must reside outside a 30-mile radius of the hiring institution
Open to H-1B visa candidates (no J-1 waivers)
Recent graduates and 2025 fellows welcome to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $500,000–$550,000 (Year
1)
$100,000 recruitment package (negotiable at interview)
Starting bonus & relocation allowance (based on distance)
