Rochester Regional Health is seeking an accomplished physician executive to serve as System Executive Medical Director, Medicine. This enterprise wide role provides leadership across eight hospitals and more than 560 physicians and advanced practice providers. The opportunity is well suited for a well rounded Internal Medicine leader known for sound judgment, collaborative leadership, and disciplined execution.

This rare senior leadership role sits at the intersection of clinical quality, physician leadership, and enterprise execution. The System Executive Medical Director, Medicine oversees Internal Medicine and subspecialty divisions, residency and fellowship programs, and sets systemwide standards for quality, safety, and clinical integration.
