JOB DESCRIPTION:

-The ideal candidate will integrate with both the staff and community, immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population.
-They must have the ability to work independently and autonomously without additional supervision or oversight.
-Responsibilities include medication management for an established patient panel, infirmed with chronic illness
-Some joint injections may be required, however, they are minimal. Nerve root ablations, facet joint injections, etc. are not the need for the patient panel here.

Qualifications:

-Experienced in pain management procedures
-Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location
-NY state-licensed
-BE/BC
