Overview
Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a
* Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician*.
- Be part of an experienced team of four providers, overseeing a comprehensive rehab program with CARF accreditation.
- Lead the Medical Rehabilitation Unit and outpatient clinic, shaping department vision and quality initiatives.
- Evaluate and manage approximately 10 inpatients, collaborating with the team to develop personalized care plans.
- Work closely with admission staff to identify suitable patients via referral or consultative models.
- Outpatient opportunities available in the PM&R clinic.
- Full-time schedule Monday to Friday, with call as needed, offering flexible hours including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Qualifications include MD/DO with BC/BE in PM&R. Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K annually, with benefits such as sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, paid PTO, health and retirement plans, malpractice insurance, CME allowance, and loan repayment options. The role involves in-person work in Buffalo, NY, with a focus on patient-centered care and departmental leadership.
