Rochester Regional Health is seeking board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our growing Urgent Care network. Position Highlights- Flexible scheduling with 8- or 12-hour shifts available
- Work-life balance supported by shared weekend and holiday rotations
- State-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment tools, including on-site imaging and lab services
- Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support at every site to ensure collaborative care delivery
- Treat a broad scope of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced, community-oriented setting

- Access to a system-wide electronic health record (Epic) for seamless care coordination
- Leadership that values transparency, feedback, and innovation
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- NYS medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred, but not required
