To be considered for our Registered Dental Hygienist position, you must:
- Have a Registered Dental Hygienist's license
- Be passionate about dentistry
- Be meticulous about oral health and the health of your patients.
- Be willing to grow with continuing education
- Willing to hire Full Time or Part Time
- Feel comfortable discussing treatment options with patients
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) duties include:
- Providing dental health education about tooth care and diet and the systemic effects on overall health
- Have knowlwdge of Periodontal hygiene therapy
- Expereinced with scaling and root planing perodontal therapy
- Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth
- Obtain diagnostic quality dental radiographs of teeth
- Applying prophylactic/antibacterial materials and topical fluorides to help prevent tooth decay
- Carrying out screening and monitoring procedures
