Private Practice | East Side of Rochester, NY

Arrow House Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a modern, high-volume, technology-first private dental practice located on the east side of Rochester, New York. This owner/dentist-managed practice is well established, highly respected in the Rochester market, and known for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

The practice is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join the team, with a pathway to future ownership alongside the current owner. This opportunity is well suited for a clinically strong dentist who values advanced dentistry, innovation, and long-term professional growth within a private practice setting.

Position Overview

The General Dentist will serve as a key clinical leader in a busy, high-performing practice with a strong emphasis on advanced procedures, modern technology, and patient experience. The ideal candidate is confident performing comprehensive, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry, embraces digital workflows, and is interested in expanding into business and ownership responsibilities over time.

  • Expected Annual Earnings: $250,000 – $350,000, based on production

  • Continuing Education: $5,000 annual CE allowance

Required Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing general dentistry
  • Ability to independently perform root canal therapy
  • Active and unrestricted New York State dental license
  • Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide general dentistry procedures, including restorations, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canal therapy
  • Utilize advanced digital technology for diagnosis, treatment planning, and same-day restorations
  • Participate in cosmetic and implant cases; oral sedation and Invisalign experience is a plus
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Interpret radiographs and clinical findings
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
  • Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
  • Share office on-call responsibilities with other providers

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Advanced Technology & Specialties Preferred
  • Experience with or strong interest in 3D dental imaging and digital dentistry workflows
  • Exposure to or interest in sedation dentistry preferred
  • Commitment to continuous clinical improvement and technology adoption
  • Exposure to practice operations, workflow optimization, and financial performance
  • Involvement in sales and marketing of a well-respected private practice
  • Desire for future ownership and partnership
