Role Responsibilities

As a Patient Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, you will perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, adhering to patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Support patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
