Role Description
  • Full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and preparing accurate quotes and estimates; addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Daily tasks include processing orders and quotes, managing customer communications via phone, email, and in-person, and coordinating with production team on project timelines.
  • Representative will communicate directly with clients, guide them through project processes, and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Support skills including highly effective estimating skills
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and improving Customer Experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse clients
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with solid teamwork qualities
  • Proficiency in using customer management systems and standard office software
  • Previous experience in a printing or related industry is advantageous but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
Work Environment & Conditions

This role requires on-site at our Rochester office. The position is primarily office-based, involving regular computer, phone, and document processing activity with modern tools, adequate lighting, ventilation, and comfortable temperatures. Occasional lifting of light office materials (up to 25 lbs).
