Weitsman Recycling is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a key point of contact at our recycling facility. As a CSR, you’ll support front-office operations, handle transaction processing, and ensure a positive experience for our customers and vendors. The schedule includes weekends and up to 30 hours weekly Mon - Sun.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers and vendors in a courteous, professional manner
- Process transactions, invoices, and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to email inquiries
- Coordinate with scale operators, truck drivers, and yard staff to support daily workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and office environment
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scanning
- Cross-train in other administrative roles for team support
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience; industrial or logistics setting preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Competitive hourly pay $18.00
