Responsibilities- Serve as the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center — via email, telephone, or in-person interactions.
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
- Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
- Receive hands-on experience to familiarize yourself with the materials needed and the production process.
- Assist in the materials management process, including ordering materials, keeping the Point of Sale System material costs up to date, and exploring cost-saving options for materials available in the industry.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
- Great listening skills, documentation, and organization are highly valued.
- Good organizational skills and computer savvy.
The sign industry is dynamic and ever changing. Signs of all types are seen everywhere, making the work varied and highly customized, from small to very large projects.
