• Serve as the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center — via email, telephone, or in-person interactions.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Receive hands-on experience to familiarize yourself with the materials needed and the production process.
• Assist in the materials management process, including ordering materials, keeping the Point of Sale System material costs up to date, and exploring cost-saving options for materials available in the industry.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
• Great listening skills, documentation, and organization are highly valued.
• Good organizational skills and computer savvy.
