The Associate Photographer is a talented and versatile team member responsible for media collection for  and  Equipped with a top‑of‑the‑line Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment, and an iPad, Associate Photographers create virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential homes and apartments.

Each Associate Photographer is assigned a core territory and is responsible for servicing clients of  and  Appointments are set for defined dates and times where the photographer scans homes and apartments with Matterport Pro 3 cameras, captures 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photography. The role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and the management team, and is managed remotely by a Photography Manager located in local markets.

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing beautiful 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture spaces in the most pleasing way possible.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
• While not working on a residential home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment and represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
• Meet physical requirements, including repetitive sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 5 lb, and occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying, as well as driving in all seasons and working weekend rotations.

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience working as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
• Be an experienced Drone Photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
• Enjoy working independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license and pass a satisfactory Driving Record check.

Hourly plus bonus‑eligible position. Bonuses are paid monthly based on performance metrics. The position offers an hourly wage equivalent to $49,000‑$50,000 annually, inclusive of a generous benefits plan.
