Residential Construction Worker
Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking dedicated crew members for new manufactured homes in Western NY. Applicants should have skills in trim, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, landscaping, rough carpentry, or related construction tasks.

Estimated Salary: $80,000.00 – $
- Set up and prepare manufactured homes for owners.
- Perform construction tasks such as trim, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, landscaping, and rough carpentry.
- Work in a fast‑paced team environment and prioritize safety.
- Adhere to schedule, typically 5–6 days per week.
- Maintain quality workmanship and meet production deadlines.
- Prior construction experience in the listed skill areas.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced environment.
- Preferred: valid driver’s license.
- Wage based on documented experience and skill level.
The typical work schedule is 5-6 days per week; any hours over 40 are paid at time and a half. Compensation is based on experience and skill set.
