Pike Construction Services is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Coordinator
, to join our Finance department. This position will be reporting out of our corporate office in Rochester, NY. If you are looking for a company that values employees, provides a collaborative, productive work environment, then Pike could be the place for you.
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator
, you will be providing support to the Treasury Manager while working alongside another coordinator. This position includes being responsible for:
- Collecting, reviewing, and processing upwards of 50+ invoices per day
- Maintaining and responding to vendor inquiries
- Following up with colleagues, customers, and vendors
- Managing the Company’s vendors and customers
- Developing and implementing a process for out-of-town lodging for Company employees who travel long term
Our Company is looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and has a desire to develop processes to improve workflow within the department. Education, Experience, Knowledge- Associates Degree from an accredited institution in related field; and/or minimum of 2 years equivalent experience, required.
- Previous invoice processing, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel, preferred.
- Experience with sales tax, preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 - $26.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
