The Dealer Business Development Manager manages and assists our Dealer Channel with all things Global Payments POS & Synergy revenue related. This position’s importance lies in being the Dealer’s advocate and ambassador for all matters related to reselling Global Payments POS and associated products as well as driving revenue through referral of card and payroll.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for Dealer contracts, quotas, territories and recruitment/terminations.
- Learn, teach and facilitate all policies, procedures, and product advantages to facilitate revenue growth of the Dealers in the divisions assigned.
- Serve as the face in their respective divisions for the Dealer Program and all things Global Payments POS related.
- Communicate with and mentor every Dealer and Dealer prospect with extreme attention to detail.
- Master all product-specific Dealer-facing documentation, the Dealer Manual, Dealer processes, price list, authorized Dealer list, and training materials.
- Assist Dealers with growing their leads, responding to RFPs/RFIs, selling & closing POS business, and managing relationships with the local Global Payments card and payroll community.
- Act as the primary contact for any Dealer-related escalations. Travel across the US is required and could be more than 24 weeks per year.
- Base Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 Base + Sales Incentive Plan ($12,000 quarterly).
