OverviewManages and implements internal and third‑party programs and relationships that drive sales of Paychex products and services.
Responsibilities- Develops and implements marketing programs and promotions, coordinating with referral partners to maximize product visibility within distribution channels.
- Coordinates with various Paychex functional areas to ensure operational support of assigned programs.
- Executes programs with the Sales organization to ensure effective utilization of opportunities.
- Acts as primary corporate contact and program manager for assigned programs and/or partners, providing a single point of contact and company‑wide perspective.
- Analyzes performance of assigned programs and partnerships, taking steps to maximize performance.
- Assists in ongoing development of the company's distribution channel.
- Sources new third‑party referral and partnership opportunities to support company growth goals.
- Acts as project manager/lead to ensure departmental needs are met and team actions align with departmental goals.
- Bachelor's Degree – Required
- Master's Degree – Preferred
- 6 years of experience in Marketing
Starting base pay range: $92,300 – $120,000 (base pay only; additional components contribute to total rewards).
