Job Profile: Human Services Change Management Analyst / Change Management Analyst

Duration: 24 Months

Candidates should have at least 60 months of experience, with at least one of the following qualifications:

  • Experience researching and performing information gathering activities for implementing an automated human service system;
  • Experience identifying and documenting the scope of business process changes or enhancements due to procedural changes or modifications to federal, state, or local laws and statutes;
  • Experience in change management planning and implementation, including self-assessments and developing action plans;
  • Experience working directly in a Child Welfare setting in New York State, a local district, or voluntary agency in New York or another state;
  • Experience facilitating small groups or teams and demonstrating leadership qualities to develop sound business solutions for improving current practices.
