• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• CMRP (Certified Materials & Resource Professional) Certification preferred
• 3 years of relatable job experience required:
  Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales or Recruitment preferred

• Designs and implements strategies to capture and sustain purchasing savings in specific spend categories.
• Conducts internal and external workshops to generate and verify savings.
• Analyzes the total cost of ownership (TCO) for savings reduction opportunities.
• Gathers benchmarking data to highlight opportunities.
• Utilizes case volume to estimate utilization.
• Verifies spend data with natural owners to create buy-in.
• Leads sourcing teams, involves stakeholder groups.
• Identifies best practices for developing executable implementation plans.
• Provides structure and framework for developing category contracts.
• Develops, plans, organizes, and executes strategic sourcing events in varied product categories across RGHS.
• Keen ability to anticipate issues; recommend solutions.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with physicians, senior management, and principle stakeholders.
• Manages the development of project deliverables.
• Develops key performance indicators.
• Monitors cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensures continual contract optimization.
• Develops and execute Supply Chain strategy.
• Develops and reports on projects status, timelines, compliance, and results.
