- 3 years of relatable job experience required:
Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales or Recruitment preferred
- Designs and implements strategies to capture and sustain purchasing savings in specific spend categories.
- Conducts internal and external workshops to generate and verify savings.
- Analyzes the total cost of ownership (TCO) for savings reduction opportunities.
- Gathers benchmarking data to highlight opportunities.
- Utilizes case volume to estimate utilization.
- Verifies spend data with natural owners to create buy-in.
- Leads sourcing teams, involves stakeholder groups.
- Identifies best practices for developing executable implementation plans.
- Provides structure and framework for developing category contracts.
- Develops, plans, organizes, and executes strategic sourcing events in varied product categories across RGHS.
- Keen ability to anticipate issues; recommend solutions.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with physicians, senior management, and principle stakeholders.
- Manages the development of project deliverables.
- Develops key performance indicators.
- Monitors cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensures continual contract optimization.
- Develops and execute Supply Chain strategy.
- Develops and reports on projects status, timelines, compliance, and results.
