Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service. You will work closely with internal teams to manage accounts, support client initiatives, and help foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted point of contact.
  • Understand client goals and align solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare detailed reports for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and present recommendations to enhance client outcomes.
  • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining high levels of professionalism and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
